All shipping is carried out from Seattle, WA. We are also able to send out recurring auto shipments of your required supplements per your request. Rush orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please call 1-800-680-0200 for further information.

Returns & Refunds

There is a re-stocking charge of 20% of retail on all returned items. All shipping fees, as well as books are never refunded. We do not ever accept opened product for return or refund.

Returns will be accepted without question within the first 30 days following the initial order date only. Please call for an RMA number - this will allow us to accept the package when it is returned. Under all circumstances returned product must be in unopened, re-sellable condition. Tracking, insurance, and delivery confirmation is strongly recommended on all returns.

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges if you experience an allergic reaction with products we sell on our website. All of our product pages list each ingredient along with the amounts contained in each dosage. It is your responsibility to printout the product specifications so that you may present them to your medical doctor for advice, warnings, guidance and dosage amounts dependant on your individual needs. We do not employ anyone on staff qualified to give out medical advice and therefore are not responsible for unexpected reactions brought upon the consumption of any and all products we sell.
If you are pregnant or sick you should always get the advice of a health care professional. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results will vary from person to person. Self medication is never a good idea - if you have a serious illness or disease, we always recommend that you see a medical professional.

We do not match any company’s guarantees and/or warranties that they advertise on Television, Radio, Internet, Magazines, Newspapers, Mailings, etc. Our return policy overrides any and all policies set forth by other companies even if they are the manufacturer and/or supplier of the products(s).

Orders Shipped Internationally

When we ship an order outside of the U.S.A, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any and all brokerage fees, taxes, duty and courier fees. If a product is detained by Customs, it is the customer’s responsibility to resolve any issues with Customs to retrieve the product. We ask that you please do the research pertaining to that destination country prior to placing your order. Merazon Health Products will not refund International orders once they leave our facility for any of the above reasons.
